Meh. Not great. I think (hope) it was our waitress’ first day. Had the eggs Benedict. Eggs were cooked ok, the ham was a pityful slice of packet ham. A bit embarrassing. Coffee was ok, a crowd pleaser. A colleague got an orange juice, he said it was poor. Doubt I’d return. 3 stars is generous.

With my new workplace nearby, we stumbled upon this neat eatery with an attractive lunch special menu.<br/><br/>We ordered lamb with sweet potato mash & brocollini on the side and a barramundi burger with sweet potato fries.<br/><br/>The food took longer than expected (about 30 minutes), but it decent. Portions were generous and flavours were tasty. My lamb seemed to be slightly overcooked, but otherwise it was fine. We also had two cups of hot tea as the lunch menu comes with complimentary drinks.

Fettuccine duck ragout...very bland pasta dish, and this was not a ragout. It was a piece of duck leg sitting on top of pasta. I made this observation to manager and he said it's a ragout. Gives you an indication of the quality of this place when the chef and management don't understand a basic cooking technique.

Elisha Hodges and I ordered the pulled pork burger. The sauce inside the burger was a bit sickening and the pork was dry. However the sweet potato chips were very good. The restaurant was was nicely set up and spacious. Staff were not very friendly or accommodating. Our overall experience here was below average and we won't be back.

Excellent service here and the breakfast options are generous in size, well prepared and taste great. Very reasonably priced as well. The coffee is actually the stand out though. The foam on my latte done perfectly and the temperature was perfect to drink immediately.

Ordered the salmon fillet served with cassoulet of haricot beans for lunch. Interesting dish and generous serving, salmon was cooked well. Food came out quick and drinks are included in the lunch menu. Good value, great service, staff are friendly and attentive. Heard their pulled pork burgers are popular, would have to come back and try that next time.

Great location. Good view where we were seated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was great. Area is lit bright and spacious. Food came out very fast. A very enjoyable lunch.

I had the steak dish for dinner and I am particular how my steak is cooked, they get it right all the time. Great selection of gf foods as well!<br/>There's a great relaxed ambiance and pleasant views - would definitely recommend, staff are great!

Food is nothing special so I give it 2.5/5. For lunch, drinks are included so you get what you pay for. Venue gets a 4/5 from me because there's lots of space, bright and clean. Service is 4/5 too because the orders don't take long to arrive.

Not usually a fan of pub-like food. Had the steak sandwich (express lunch) with the wedges on a late Saturday. Great service. The wedges were really tasty/crunchy (one of the best I've had) and the steak sandwich was yummy too. Mister T had the middle-eastern chicken salad which was great value (lots of greens). All in all an enjoyable experience- better than expected.

Absolute A grade! Attending a 5 day conference here as a vegan the staff went above and beyond to cater to my specific dietary needs. I have never felt more assured of quality, creativity and variety than I have at Williams Cafe Bar Clarion Suites. I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service, attention to detail and hospitality above and beyond for every aspect of my needs. I thought id get steamed vegetables all week but I was offered a variety of morning and afternoon teas, and planned exceptional lunches which proved the capabilities of their talent in the kitchen, thoughtfulness and enthusiasm to prepare and deliver a five star service according to professional and personal excellence. Worst Service EVER. Today was not the first time I have been here for lunch... but I won't be returning. I decided to try the Chicken Caesar Sandwich. What a terrible disappointment. The chicken looked like it was out of a can and the dressing was so full of anchovy that it didn't taste like chicken... just the worst tasting, been sitting out in the sun fish. When I bought my issues to the attention of the waitress (who had already been rude) she didn't seem to care and just casually said that she would mention it to the chef. I had expected to be asked if I had enjoyed my meal when my plate was removed from the table, but nothing... <br/>In the end, I paid $15.50 for a piece of bread with an egg and a piece of bacon on top. It's not the first time I have had poor service from this place, but it will certainly be the last. <br/>I highly recommend you only eat here if every other place in Melbourne is booked out and you are so hungry that you are dying of starvation.... and even then, (personally) death would my preferred option.

Really good spot. Great happy and helpful service. We turned up late at night and the chef stayed past his finish time to cook for us. We just ordered basic food (parma's) and he nailed<br/>It . I know that its only a simple <br/>Parma but so many stuff it up so badly we were wrapped to get a<br/>Good one. They helped us later than normal hrs and also turned out a great feed. Thanks Williams

Express Lunch!. This restaurant does something called an "Express Lunch". Meals are around $15, including a drink (beer/wine/softdrink) - and are served in about 5-10 minutes.<br/><br/>Always a nice selection, with the menu changing weekly - however the "basics" are always there.<br/><br/>My fave is the Steak Sandwich. Give it a go!
