Brioche By Phillips is a well-established bakery with many franchises across the inner Melbourne suburbs. The customer service here, not so much. Not rude, but just no convo, no smiles, nothing but I’m not one to worry about that too much as long as there is almond croissants 😍. Not a bad value for a filling almond croissant, however quality is only slightly better than your average generic almond croissant. As someone on an adventure to find the best tasting high quality almond croissants, sadly this doesn’t make the list. It’s good, but not amazing. Good amount of butter and crisp, but not flaky or any kick of spice. It’s got an interesting tangy sweetness but not what I’m looking for in a nutty bold flaky almond croissant. If you are on the go, definitely recommend grabbing their almond croissant for a worthy experience. Food: 3.5 Value: 4 Ambience: 3.5 Service: 2.5

Well I found this place by surprise, I would have had to walked past it 100 times a never poped in. I'm so glad I did today. Not only do thay have some of the best sandwiches but you really have to get into there sweets. Talk about a doughnut that just melts in your mouth and pastries to die for you better get in quick coz these things will sell out fast.
