I cannot go to another Bob Evans after this. We waited an hour for a soup and salad. Waitress never refilled drinks. The team leader on duty had to refill my drinks. There was goo on the inside of my drink glass and it was then we left. The team lead was made aware of the issue and discounted the drink from our total. There was no offer of any other compensation. I would hate to see what other “clean” dishes look like.

Great service, very clean place, friendly staff, great food and very reasonably priced. Was in Medina for 2 days and I ate there three times and took friends there each time. I have found Bob Evans any place that I've went is the same way I enjoy going there and I recommend it to anybody especially if you go through Medina ask for Zoe she's a very good waitress friendly and has a smile and an attitude you just brightens your day.

Great service. Cheap prices. The Servers are always very friendly, prompt and efficient. My husband really enjoys the pot roast and ice cream Sundae. Sometimes I order breakfast for dinner. Sometimes we get the pot roast or turkey dinner too. The banana bread is good. They have seasonal menus too. I get the summer berry salad with chicken and he gets the everything omelette. We have also tried the filet of sole and it was good. Still a great place for a cheap meal.

I was blown away by how fast the service was despite the restaurant being packed during the breakfast rush. My omlette was just perfect. Kudos to the team for working so efficiently!

The food was hot and very tasty. Service not up to par. After first cup of coffee and water the waitress never came back to refill either. Also never came to check out our meal was until we were done. Finally when she did come over we had to ask for more coffee and water. I understand their staff shortages but there was a lot of people there working and it wasn't very busy. It was more important to be talking about private things than taking care of customers. Not very happy with our service.
