Medina is lucky to have 2 good subways, they are both always clean and have polite workers. Never had a bad experience especially since they always take coupons. Only problems is the hours seem to vary, but I understand staffing issues are a thing.

This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to! I eat here once a week and have never had a bad sandwich. They are very quick and the staff is so friendly.

Very rude woman working there one night. I could tell they were busy. But, every time a customer walked in, she made snarky remarks and rolled her eyes to the other employee. Other employee must’ve been new but was being bullied by the woman. I felt so bad for him. He kept a positive attitude and tried his best. Whenever the woman make mean comments about him or customers, he simply ignored her and tried to work. Was very uncomfortable here. Also received the wrong sandwiches.

Under new ownership finally! The nasty people are gone and new owners are whipping this place into shape. Excited to see how the changes go. Seems like a fresh start is exactly what this place needed. For now, they've re-earned my 5 stars. Hopefully with new owners, things will stay awesome.
