Wendy's

Seems like it is a group of young adults working here, on multiple visits they can be overheard talking about how they heard this place pays better, or how they hate their job. While I get it, it's fast food, its not glamorous, we've all been there at a starting job and understood that there is a level of professionalism you should have when customer facing. Order accuracy can also be an issue, I've even gotten double orders previously and was charged for it as an order total/receipt was never supplied.

They had been open for hours but the menu screens inside were not on nor were they turned on when asked about it, the fountain drink machines were not on, and once they were there was no ice available. Customer service at this location is a bit sad regularly. At least our food was good. I'm a big fan of Wendy's in general, so it's a bummer to have to write a review like this one.

Place was absolutely Disgusting !2 of the workers when I walked in just sitting at tables talking to friends that don’t work at Wendy’s. The whole floor was sticky and food on it! I was sticking to the floor as I walked through. Pop machines both out of ice and flavors ! I’m scared what this world is coming to with these kids . No pride in Their work and completely lazy

Ordered a couple of lemonades last night as well as 2 large, 1 small, and one jr frosty all of which were nothing but soup. I tried to call and talk to a manager and kelp getting a busy signal. Kept calling again today and still nothing but a busy signal. You’re a business! Turn on your phone! This Wendy’s is terrible and it’s only gotten worse…
