I can't believe I paid for this terrible coffee. Preordered on the app and I sit there for 15 minutes waiting finally the girl says to me are you waiting for something yeah mobile order "oh it's right here!" Thanks I appreciate you ignoring me for 15 minutes...

Went back a few days ago when the other location was closed. Ordered the same drink and it was way better and the service was too. Just hate the inconsistent nature of a coffee place that cost $5 - 6 for a drink I enjoy

ALWAYS friendly no matter what time I visit! The only frustrating thing about this location is other customers. The drive thru is short and I've seen people block cars into parking lots, pull out in front of other cars etc. I never wait in the drive through here when it's busy. I park, place my mobile order and 99% of the time it's about ready in the time it takes me to walk in the door. And inside, they're ALWAYS nice and ALWAYS greet you. Coffee is good too ;)

They have such a friendly staff here. Wish other Starbucks can follow their lead. The other places seem to lose the barista feel like I did when I lived at Whidbey Island. Well done guys! Also the coffee is not bad at all

This location was good. Quick with my drink and friendly. I liked the atmosphere here and would visit again to meet with friends or solo to enjoy a good drink and a book! My current fave drinks are the oat milk honey latte, mint majesty tea, nitro cold brew with sweet cream, and almond milk flat white with blonde espresso.

We come to the Starbucks often. If it’s not a weekend it’s pretty quick you’re in and out. But on the weekends it’s a nightmare because the drive-through line is so small and so many people are shopping in that plaza. The layout should’ve been designed a little bit better for this location. Overall the customer service is pretty good. I’ve only encountered one or two bad employees.

The drive thru is the most stressful Starbucks Drivethru I’ve ever been in; this used to be an ice cream place and it is so obvious that Starbucks corporate moved into there to save a hot dollar instead of finding a location with a functional drive through it’s ridiculous
