I know we’re in logistic hell with COVID but if you don’t have enough to serve just close or remove those items from being able to be ordered. Called to request help/refund/another item and the manager tried to blame the two little girls they have running the place…there’s a reason no one stays to work here. Treat your employees better and do better for clients :(

My order was prepared accurate and on time.My food was very delicious and everything was made fresh.I am so happy that we decided to eat at that location. Our broccoli soups were very good.Also the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwiches were made how we wanted it.Bravo!

My sandwich literally had maybe one spoon full of tuna salad on just half of my hand sandwich! It’s literally spreadable and so I went to spread to to get it on the full sandwich and it didn’t even spread over the bread. Glad the soup was full though… I guess

Grae is a beam of sunshine!!! She helped us today and I am just taken away by how delightful and sweet she is! Her positive energy and bubbly demeanor created such a great vibe throughout the restaurant. So lovely. Thank you for hiring such a beautiful person ❤️

Came right before close, and still got awesome service. Employees were efficient and kind, and the manager seems cheerful and supportive! I would come to this location again!

Love Panera. Wish they wouldn't have gotten rid of the Turkey Cheddar sandwich. It was my everyday lunch😥 Now I go about Once a month
