Bojangles

I have been going here since it opened but in 2021 i have yet to get an order correct. Once i ordered 2 ham biscuts and picnic bo-round i checked bag and waited for girl to open window. Then i told her i did not get large bo-round she gave me attitude and returned back will 3 rounds in bag. I left. Another order was picnic rounds,ham egg cheese,sausage egg cheese,cajun biscut. Got no ham egg cheese. But did not look till i got to work. I will be going to another bojangles. I have noticed there is very little buisiness at this one. I must not be only one.

We came about 9:30 pm the wings were hard and small. We asked to wait for fresh wings , usually they’re really good when we wait for fresh BUT this time they were worse than the unfresh batch! I think it was deliberately made bad. They weren’t crispy at all. Didn’t even look or taste like bojangles! Bad for business!!!

After returning for the second time to complete my order, dirty rice and Seasoned Fries. First bite of rice I find hair in my mouth, I'm bald and my daughter who's on the passenger side of the car with braids I may add. So I call the restaurant to hear him ask me if I want a make over, I will never in my life return to this location. So disrespectful just left a bad taste in my mouth 2 ways.

I've been here more times than I can count and only once did I have a "not so great" (mistake) experience. My bacon biscuit was left out of my bag but as soon as I called I was told to come back by and they would fix it! They also take on the responsibility of fixing other stores problems which is greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work!

During this ongoing pandemic, customers are a commodity. That being said, whoever was working the drive-thru on Sunday, Nov 1st at 1230pm needs to be retrained or reassigned to trash duty where that extraordinarily nasty attitude belongs. I left the drive-thru and drove to the Hudson Bridge location 6 miles away where I was treated like a customer. There are so many out of work today that would gladly provide excellent customer service, and empty the trash too.
