Panda Express

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a brilliant evening and the venue was surely the reason for the fruitful celebration. The crew collaborated in a graceful style, the meals were very good and my buddies were extremely happy. We shall surely come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

Worst Panda Express I've ever been to, and we've been to many. Came inside only one employee working line, running drive thru, and preparing food. Another male employee was taking trash out but VW stopped in parking lot to text on his phone, and another female staff was chatting to him, even after they came inside and saw us waiting. The male disappeared and the female finally came over to help (after my wife asked if there was anyone to help us). 90% of the food under the glass looked old, and one customer came back up while we were ordering to tell them there was no meat in his steak and mushroom plate. The lady asked what we wanted and we ordered fried rice with kungpao chicken and chicken with green beans. The fried rice was very dry, and the green beans were old and dry. The kungpao was ok but not much chicken. We won't stop here anymore. Bathrooms a mess. Employees were NOT rude, just not very attentive. We got here around 4pm on Friday May 11, 2018.

The employees here are very unprofessional, rude and have a nasty attitude. They like to ‘’lollygag’’. During my visit here (drive-thru customer), the cashier did not honor my coupon after I had given it to her; She had given me a lesser total and then turned around and said I owed her more money. Once I got my receipt, she had my order wrong and overcharged me for an entree I didn’t even ask for. Rather extend my refund off top, I was asked if I wanted extra food. I asked for a refund, and they got an attitude about it. I do not like the way they conducted business; very unprofessional services! I will not be returning to this location!!! To add, the meat wasn’t cooked right. Everything else turned out to be fine.

Ordered honey walnut chicken. Order taker failed to mention that they didn't have any walnuts but still charged me increased price for 2 orders. If you can tell me you're out of plates, tell me you're out of walnuts too. It's common courtesy! I work hard for my money. When I asked her her, she told me "well I guess can throw a couple of pieces of shrimp on there..." No just tell me next time so I have a choice!!

While trying to order I’m guessing the employee didn’t turn off his mic and said “agh hurry tf up” anyways I proceeded to order he was like we out of that. Literally 75% of the menu they was out of and it was only 1pm. Needless to say I left and went somewhere else. No need to have a nasty attitude when it’s plenty of food places around. I just chose that one because it was only one car in line. But I see why now.
