Went here with my sister. She had the ribs and I had the chicken and shrimp and we both had salads. Waitress was pretty attentive to our needs and our food came out in a timely manner. The food (meats) was hot and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were a little soupy and was not pleasing for my taste. However others may enjoy it. The salad was okay. Some of the lettuce was a little wilted and brown (not mine though) Establishment appeared clean and followed the covid guidelines from what I could see. I pray that God blesses this establishment and it's workers. 😇

To start when we walked in besides the music being nightclub loud, it was extra cold. AC was cranking freezing cold air. When we sent our server to turn the temp up a degree or 2 we were told no. If the temp was turned up it would get hot is what we were told. One or 2 degrees would not have shut off the AC, but would have had a little pause in the air blowing all throughout the diningroom. Our food came out quickly, but not how we ordered it exactly. Buffalo chicken was really good. The French onion soup not so much. It was ordered with extra cheese, with the assumption it would all be melted on top. Nope. Picture included. And the onions crunched which indicates they were not caramelized completely. The oriental grilled chicken salad was ordered with extra dressing on the side. It came with zero dressing and the grilled chicken was not tossed in the stir fry sauce like it has been for me for years. Once the dressing & sauce was brought it was good. The triple bacon burger was not made to menu description. Bacon bits were pressed into the outside of patty, bacon onto was barely to done (still limp), and the sauce had soaked into the bun. Lisa B was our server and she was excellent. Friendly and tried to fix everything and was quick with our drinks.

It was a bad experience. My waitress was bad. Me and my family sat down. The waitress came and took our order that part was fine. When our appetizers came she didn't bring use any plates for us to share the appetizers unit we asked for it. Then we had to sit there without any napkins. We had to ask for that as well. I ordered a drink from the bar and she must have forgotten about it until I asked for it. I know we are suppost to get refills on your regular drinks but again its something we had to ask for. And the kickers is the restaurant wasn't even crowded. I was just very disappointed with the service I received.

I'm not going to lie, it wasn't the best experience but I really think it was just a fluke of the day, alot of customer get served and I just didn't like my drink or food. Overall it's good service but the taste of the food and drink wasn't up to par.

Do not visit the Applebee's Grill + Bar they have the worst service ever and the manager Wayne Ward has no control over his kitchen or wait staff and his customer service sucks. Appetizers should not sit under a heat lap for 20+ minutes, ranch dressing should not be hot and when ranch replacements are asked for shouldn't take an additional 10 minutes. Then when speaking to Wayne he had an attitude that I should have brought it to his attention before it became a problem. And he's having problems with his kitchen staff, he was waiting for them to slow down so he could have a talk with them. 5 tables in the whole joint were filled. Response of we're going to do something really special for you and disappeared. Why did I assume that our food would be replaced. Wait another 20 minutes ask the waiter what is going on, the really special thing?? Yeah $5 off a bill for food we didn't eat.

I decided to have lunch on a gift card I received for my birthday two weeks ago. This location followed the guidelines as for dining distancing and clean tables when customer's were done. The waitress who served me was very nice and brought me my tea and utensils which were in a bag which was very good. The waitress took my order and I specifically asked for no bacon. The order came and after 3 fork intake I noticed bacon which was hidden under the chicken. I called the waitress and stated that I asked for no bacon she apologized and had them make a new bowel. It wasn't her fault but the cook. This is the reason for my low score. I explained to the waitress what if I was allergic it would have been worse. She agreed. My advise, if you go to this location make sure you check your meal first if you ask not to have something included. The Manager did not come to the table with an apology or offer a desert on them. Is the pandemic so severe that concern for people is not considered even in dining restaurants
