On 12/30/21, I ordered an 8 pc meal with mac instead of coleslaw and 4 plain chicken sandwiches. I asked to substitute the thighs for breasts with an upcharge. Before leaving, we discovered none of my sandwiches were plain and they fixed it. When we got home and opened the bucket, there were 3 breasts, 2 thighs, 1 leg, and 2 wings. Instead of mac, we were given another container of mashed potatoes. I will check my food from there next time and not depend on good service. (One wing and leg not pictured--already flown the bucket onto my husband's plate)

Some food was missing, some was cold, attitude always. There used to be this sweet older lady there who was great but they must've ran her off. She was there for years and truly an awesome person

We ate at the location in McComb, MS. Everything was delicious, except the chicken nuggets. They were so hard and had almost no meat! It has been a while, but I glad we went.

Love the chicken. But I haven't been to one yet when that drive thru customer service is the worst. I used to be a regular customer because of my job location. Now once every 3 to 5 months.😢

They don't sale hot wings no more the crispy wing meal no longer comes with a side you gotta buy it separately and no more 5$ dollar boxes how is it food went up bc gas did

We didn’t get all of each order, the fries were cold, and our order wasn’t ready when we got there as if they had not even looked at it.

In the UK, KFC is excellent. On the whole, in the USA, KFC joints are dirty and poorly staffed, and the food? Awful.
This place is the exception to the rule. Spotlessly clean. Excellent food. Every time I drive to Jackson MS, I stop here
