Subway

COULD YOU PLEASE LOWER THE VOLUME ON YOUR SELF-ORDER KIOSK IN YOUR DRIVE THRU?! It's obnoxiously loud. I've mentioned it before to the cashiers but it doesn't seem to have changed. I've been to other subways where the volume is loud without being overbearing (Subway on Trenton and McColl, next to Burger King). Other than that, the service and food are pretty good but if you don't like having the kiosk scream at you with every press of a button, I'd recommend another Subway location (Trenton and McColl for instance).

This is my go to Subway because the employees are aways very nice . The only thing I don't like is that I feel bad for the employees that close because it's one person taking all the in store, online, drive-thru and phone orders. I have learned to be patient when they take long and I encourage everyone to do the same. Have a heart

Well, the subway sandwich was great! Now the wait was not. One employee, one employee only! Line inside was very long. Line in drive thru very long. Online orders coming in as well, and owners put one employee. So very sad. Waited only because we felt sorry for employee. Customers were leaving from inside and from drive thru. So food gets five stars, but one star for how owners treat employees.

I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Employee kept telling me he had a line of customers and that their was a long wait. I come inside thinking it would be faster, but it’s still the same thing. I have now waited a total of 40 minutes to get my sandwich. For the past couple of weeks they have been very under staffed. Where is management? Shouldn’t management work double shifts until they hire new personnel? Subway, you guys need to Step it up.
