Burgers and fries were cold. No longer offering wheat buns. We asked for lettuce and they gave us the core of the lettuce (SMH). Whataburger lost it’s value and quality every since it sold and went mainstream. I miss the days where my burgers were hot where the cheese melted! Texas lost it’s treasure!

Juan was very nice, and his customer service was outstanding. He made the visit inside very welcoming. While I was waiting for a to go order he offered his assistance to my daughter and my self. Awesome customer service when Noel is working nights! My orders are always correct when he’s working with his team and the customer service is great that you can’t be mad if you’re waiting in a line of cars when it’s busy, awesome job Noel and your night team!

What i do not understand is how does an establishment have so much staffing and yet be so inefficient. This place must have at least 10 employees sitting in the dining area doing absolutely nothing but talk about smoking pot. I guess the renovations done to this place were made in the wrong area. Replace the entire staff.

Arrived to this location on North 23rd McAllen, NO VEHICLES in front of us either. Not only did they not know how to use their own coupons (buy 1 meal, get 1 free whataburger), we have been waiting for already 15 minutes and vehicle after vehicle has been served and well on their way.

So ever since they remodeled this Whataburger I don’t know what it is but the food is different and not in a good way. Just got a Buffalo chicken strip sandwich and even asked for extra sauce and still they didn’t put sauce! This is the third time that happens. Even after I asked for extra sauce. They don’t give ketchup either even after I ask for it also! Guess they are under new management because this would never happen before the remodel. I just want my old Whataburger back!

Whataburger is usually the go to for late night eating, but this trip was not the best. The burgers were put together very poorly, fries and onion rings were cold and old. Ordered diet cokes, but got Dr. Peppers, whole order was messed up.

Two employees on their day off eating were so obnoxious. Talking about their husbands and having a boyfriend at the same time. I don't need to hear about your lack of morals/affair while I'm having a meal with my family. The two girls were going on and on. I just wanted to throw away my food and leave.
