Dunkin'

I normally love Dunkin but I went recently to get 2 box O' joe's and 12 valentines day donuts for my residents that come into the office, when I was in the drive thru line the lady told me everything was there so I went to my office without worrying and surprisingly enough they did not give me any donuts at all after they assured me they were in the box and also did not give me stir's for my coffee I did not receive any donuts. I have tried contacting them repeatedly all morning to try and get a refund or at least my donuts and every time it just goes to voicemail. Very very disappointed

Terrible! Walked in this morning with the wife an two kiddos an couldn’t even get a simple hello or welcome to dunkin. One other person was in the store awaiting her order an after 15 mins of standing their with my family we couldn’t get any assistance. A manager and her associate were setting out in the lobby conversing yet couldn’t acknowledge us at all. Another back woods, bad service stop. Never again!

Love the coffee but be prepared to wait a long time if you go in the morning. Dining room is still closed so you can’t opt to go inside and do a pick up. Not the friendliest employees typically but this morning I must have gotten a new person. I haven’t seen her there before. She actually said have a nice day! I think the employees are just overwhelmed.

I use Dunkin' around SC all the time. This is one of the slowest and least friendly. Also speaker at drive thru is blaring. Not sure if they care but at least you know. Update: Came through Oct 14th, totally improved. Quick service. Speaker fixed. Friendly. Wow! Store on the inside I was clean when you get to go in. Coffee's always good and fresh. The donuts are also fresh. Parking lot is clean. Drive-through is around back. This is different for many stores but I guess the only way it is accessible. Parking lot was not full and easy to get to. On the inside when it's open the restrooms are always clean and staff helpful.
