Sorry service employees too busy talking. Complained about amount of chicken and was told i had to pay upcharge for more. They heated this sorry amount of chicken when i ordered but it was cold 10 minutes later when they finally finished my sandwich. Absolutely the worst subway i have ever been to and wont be back.

Tried the new Pit Smoked Brisket sandwich. Piss poor. Little meat, wrong cheese. Employee that made the sandwich was playing with friends while poorly attempting to do job. Looks sickly.Just bad.

Not good. Employee left me standing for 10 minutes and then tells me they don't have what my customer ordered. Then argues with me for five minutes concluding with "I'm not going to argue with you." Really??? Then completely ignores me. Very very unprofessional. Do better than this, Subway.

I eat here at least a few days a week and have for years. Usually a manager is working that consistently provides great service and quality food. Today they have a buy 2 get one offer online advertised at participating locations only. I order 2 subs online and come in to pick them up. When I inquired about my free sub the kid working states "I can't just give you a free sub because you came in here and asked for it" seconds after handing me the 2 sub I just purchased. Should I have assumed this was a participating location? Insulted, confused but mostly disappointed with the level of customer service. So now I'm going to offer your manager a better opportunity and salary to work for my QSR.

Does anyone have an idea of why this subway is closed? I was it was only a week ago that they were still open, i go by the area and the store is cleared and subway sign is gone. I dont go to this place often because it always makes me sick, customers are always an inconvience to the employees no matter what. Is business that bad? What will replace this store spot?

Ordered a veggie. Was immediately told "If you want extra cheese you have to pay for it". The BMT and Spicy Italian cost the same as the veggie, you get EVERYTHING that is on the veggie, PLUS a big pile of meat. All I asked for was an equal value in cheese for the value of the meat I did not get on the veggie. I asked for was a sandwich of equal value and what I got was a second rate sandwich. I sent an email with my complaint and all my contact info and got NO REPLY from management. Second rate sandwich, poor management.

Stopped in for a quick dinner to go and had excellent service. No negatives to be had with the food at all. They were friendly to our toddler we had in tow and food was prepared quickly.

Ordered two footlongs and wanted cheesy garlic bread and since there was a $2 up charge we did not get it. I found the charge ridiculous!
