Mcdonald's

Please avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. This is unacceptable to think this is a chocolate shake, this has happened on several different occasions at this location. The worst part is when you try and address the manner, the staff gets defensive claiming the shake is chocolate. Pretty upsetting to PAY for false advertisement and be made a liar. What ever happened to customer service?

Just left This McDonald’s about an hour ago I placed an order I ordered a chocolate shake my mistake forgot to request no whip cream when I received my order I apologized and asked if I could have the chocolate shake with no whip cream instead crew member told me to wait in slot number one I sat there for 15 minutes no one ever came out a crewmember came out to a different car I politely said excuse me she answered —-what. I told her I was waiting for a chocolate shake she said OK I waited another five or 10 minutes and went inside and asked for my shake she said oh I forgot . This was rude and Unacceptable customer service. If it was too inconvenient for them to bring the shake out I would have just went back in and got it myself which is what I did ultimately.

Every other week I eat here after 10 pm and it is always mediocre. It is actually the only McD that I have gotten sick from (not badly, but really for McD's that is bad, they are normally the Gold Standard of food safety). I know they are looking to hire more people, but really they need better shift manger to make sure things are done better.

Rushed to order rushed to pay! the manger rushed me to pay and as i was counting my change to pay she said” your taking to long just pull forward!” wow you guys are that focused on getting to the next customer that you give away feee food and give out bad customer service?!? what kind of establishment is this!? ill never be back!

I like the new renovations. Not sure why so much open space where chairs used to be but I guess. Probably should have had another “Self Checkout” station. Idk why it took so long for me to get my fruit smoothie even after I checked out by myself. But place is clean & I like the r&b music playlist. Waited too damn long for a mango smoothie. Going on 10mins. Maybe drive thru will be faster if I choose to come thru next time. 🤦🏾‍♂️
