Arby's

Only a one star because I had to I would give it a no star I never had a problem until I went to the Arby's in Massillon Ohio I went ordered a classic beef and cheddar and got home to see they just threw a piece of sliced cheese on the sandwich instead of the cheddar sauce so I called and told them and they said I see what happened we was warming up the sauce and it wasn't done you can come back to get another one I got there and the person at the window said what do you want it replaced with we're out of cheddar and I told them I called and they said it was warming up so they shut the window and all the sudden came back with another one with the cheddar they was supposedly out of so I get back home and get it fully out of the wrapper and there is an inch of flour on the bottom of the bun I will never go back to that Wendy's corporate was polite though so this is just for that spacific Arby's horrible any other ones I love

I ordered like 30 in food and I asked for a plastic bag with handles a grill person said they are for our door dash. I asked if they are salad bags the one person said yes. The same person said they he been dropping food in the fryer without any gloves. I think something should be Done about this and being rude to a customer when he on Backline. I don't know his name but he a Black dude.
