My mobile order was ready when I arrived. The staff members greeted me upon arrival. The store was clean and the napkins and straws were fully stocked.

One night I was there, which was on a Friday evening, 7pm, I noticed it to be cleaner than when last I was there. No homeless or rowdy kids, and it was clean and pleasant. An off the grid spot with tables to sit and relax. Plus, there is a Nassau County police booth right behind the store, a plus😁👌
PS...dunkin getting more expensive. A medium coffee and blueberry muffin $ 5.23 Ridiculous 🫢

Management is generally really good at correcting issues. Staff is friendly and they all make an effort to remember regulars. They've spoiled me and I barely ever have to actually order they just ask me if I want hot or iced 😅🤣🥰

Fast service very relaxed professional crew within the 2 hours I was taking care of school and paperwork the service I got to witness was 10/10 lobby was routinely cleaned and everyone was treated with respect. If you are a ev owner chargers are within 300ft from the building

I go there from time to time, we usually have a small coffee with donuts, or a croissant sandwich... just a quick brunch... The personnel there is a group of people very dedicated to serve promptly and good, if you have something to say, a special request they are always ready to listen... order online, through the app, and pay the way you want, but I think bitcoins, or checks are probably the only ways they dont accept... Highly recommended, give them a try, you'll see...
