It great as always. Friendly courteous employees. Food was hot and fresh. My favorite is a Jr burger mustard with bacon and cheese all the way 😋 with curly fries. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu!!! Love the ice cream, any way shape form or fashion, it's delicious. Way to go Marshall Dairy Queen. I'd give you 10 stars!!

Food is hot and fresh here every time. This is the food I remember from my childhood. The employees are amazing too. Lois is a delight. CFA step aside, here's a full menu, friendly service and clean atmosphere served up to satisfy. I just wish it wasn't 207 miles from my house. Stop here when you pass through town.

I have only been through the drive-thru at this establishment so I can only base my experiences on this. The line can be all the way out to the road and you are not going to wait a long time to get your order. Their staff is typically friendly and my order has never been messed up. Honestly it is the best Dairy Queen in our whole area! I tell everyone who hasn’t been here that it is different that most DQs!

Great customer service. My kids chicken was a little over cooked which was disappointing. But you can't beat the customer service. There is no dine in and quick-bite places in Marshall that offer this experience. Trinity offered help multiple times and made sure we were enjoying our meal.

I came by Wednesday, July 7, 2021 around 8pm. No good customer service at all. I was handed a melted blizzard. Obviously the cashier did not do the "flip" and I think it was because of how melted it was. Stop hiring kids. They don't know what they are doing. They always have attitudes and park you. Only to wait 20 plus minutes because they forget about you.

This is the best road stop you can make. This is the nicest DQ we’ve ever been to! Everyone is so friendly and it is exceptionally clean. Clean restrooms too!

There is not enough Time on my lunch break to say the amount of things I have to say about my visit today . First of all I was greeted by every member. The. Gentleman at the register was on point and with a quickness had the line going quicker than shovels at my job. He also recognized me from my drive thru visits getting hot fudge sundays. They had a great team working together simply killing the lunch rush. Whatever they are doing they need to give the other food places some training and tutoring for sure
