Ihop

Ginormous omelets! Very fast and friendly service. This is for-sure above average for a typical ihop. The only improvement I would recommend is cleaning the tops of hot sauce bottles when topping off. It’s kind of awkward opening a new looking bottle and having built up residual hot sauce from pervious uses.

By far the best IHOP I have visited! While taking our youth group to camp, we stopped here for a late lunch. We were greeted by the manager who upon seeing us drive in, had pulled tables together for us and even held the door. Our waitress was very nice and managed to get everyone's orders perfect, while dealing with chatty teens. The food came out quickly! We expected with a large group to wait a while, but they were fast and the food was great! We greatly appreciate their service and hospitality!

It took nearly 45 minutes to get food however the manager did come out offer an explanation and make it right. The waiter could have been better in keeping us abreast of what was going on with the order. Great service recovery 👍🏾The food was ok...the pancakes were tough and spongy and you could tell the bacon was precooked.

I did not have a problem with my food but rather my service. As the manager was checking me out he asked me what size jeans I was wearing. This is a very inappropriate question for a female and being a manager I would think he would know better. He should be retrained on what is appropriate to discuss with a customer or have better manners in general.

I got a free stack for joining the IHOP online site. The pancakes were great! I got blueberry flavor which is my favorite. I drank coffee which is not my favorite so any complaints about that would be biased. For online members they also give a free stack on your birthday which is what I was after but I ended up not having time on my birthday. I was also the only person in the restaurant which is a little strange but provides for great service. I will definitely get my free birthday stack next year.

If I could give negative stars I would me and husband came here on 6/30/22 at 9:40 pm I ordered a slip Decision which is just two eggs four pieces of bacon two pancakes and two French toast. My husband ordered a omelette we also ordered appetizers and two milkshakes we did not receive our appetizers or milkshakes until 10:30 our milkshakes were hot and completely melted when our food arrived my food was so cold I couldn’t even eat it and his omelette was nothing but eggs and the cheese and meat was just on top and barley had anything on it!!!! his food was also cold my I also point out that everyone that came after us got there food way before we did we wasted almost 60$ because we basically left all the food on the table because it was disgusting and cold !!! We will not recommend this IHOP to anyone we will never return
