I come for a meeting in Marquette about twice a year and I always make a stop here for the breakfast burrito! It is amazing!

I worked in restaurants for close to 25 years as a cook, sous chef and chef. Excellent food, properly prepared and delicious. Appreciate the effort to make this possible.

Best breakfast I had while in town! Will definitely be back in the future.

The breakfast burrito was fantastic.

Unbeatable breakfast burritos, they’re so good I haven’t tried anything else on the menu yet!

Make this your breakfast stop! Hash browns and eggs are excellent. The wheat toast fantastic. Great help yourself coffee! Michael, the owner I presume, very personable, friendly, and attentive! A Marquette gem!

Loved this breakfast/lunch place.
Enjoyed a breakfast burrito and great coffee.
Easy walk from campus.

Java Bay only serves diner coffee. The breakfast was amazing! I had the bacon me crazy breakfast sandwich on a croissant, and it was made perfectly. But why is it called Java Bay if it only serves diner coffee? 🤣

This is a local breakfast/brunch place. I got the corn beef hash and eggs. Some of the best I've had you can tell it's home made. Quaint dining area but they to take out also. Would definitely recommend.

Wow. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say this is one of the best breakfast places in Michigan. All of Michigan. Me and my wife stopped by while traveling through the UP on our honeymoon. We split the breakfast burrito and farmers omelet. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Coffee was also phenomenal.
We ended up talking to the owner about business and our aspirations of wanting to move our own business to the UP. This will forever be on our list of places to stop while in the UP and hopefully someday we’ll become regulars.
