I was extremely touched by a very kind gesture from a member of the Waitrose Team today.
The Marlow store cafe has been my quiet space to feed my twins the past 6 months whilst out & about shopping in Marlow. So sad to see it closing next month.

Been shopping for years with no issues. Bought a pizza from their vegan pizza range today, I realised I bought the wrong variant (margarita instead of Jackfruit), returned to the store within 20 minutes of purchase to be told I could not exchange the product. Very disappointed from a brand which I believed was all about customer services. Will not return.
Edit: Spoke to the Waitrose customer service team who has organised a gift card for the value of the pizza.

Just like all Waitrose supermarkets, the atmosphere and layout here is great. Not the biggest of stores though, so as such the range is limited compared to nearby Maidenhead or Beaconsfield. Good to drop in towards the end of the day for marked-down bakery items. Nice cafe upstairs too.
