The Cinnamon Buns are Extremely Excellent! They are Fresh, Warm, Cinnamony, And Just Right Down Definitely Delicious! You'll be happy with your bun purchase! The staff is warm, friendly, inviting, and pleasant to work with! They are Tri-lingual with English and Portuguese and Spanish!! It was a Great Time Going There! You'll Love Them!!

This Cinnabon is located inside the Solomon Pond Mall. The cashier taking our order was not the most pleasant. There was no line and we stood back deciding what to get as she stared at us. I approached the counter and inquired about a frozen coffee drink we had before but didn't see it on the menu. She looked confused as if she didn't know what I was asking for. So we ordered just the "Center" of the cinnabon, no drink There were 3 of them and they were talking to each other quite loudly in their language, which is not at all professional. Prices are ridiculous for a small cinnabon and the service needs vast improvement. Not returning here that's for sure!

Very disappointed.I ordered a roll with pecans and the man gave me another one and said the one he was giving to me was fresh. I opened it and there were hardly any pecans so I asked for more .He said it would cost more. I showed him and said this is no where even close to the one in your display case. He said , those are just for show! 8.00?

The owner, Vladimir, is a nice guy. He has been there for years. Working 6 days a week, 12 hrs. a day, 8 hrs. on Sunday, I give him my best review. Of course some of his workers may not be top notched, give the owner a break! The buns always are the best you can buy. Retail help is a risk no matter where you go, some days are good, some days are no so so.
