Even tho I go in from time to time the female, older lady that take the orders is not customer friendly has very solomon attitude didn't make a purchase a big sign in order window " Cash only" I had never seen that before when you go in you need to know what you want you don't need to have any questions. Where food is served your attention should not be that you're focusing on cleanseness of the place walking in things have changed now you have mops you swing back side to side not push and pull anymore.😟☹️

Food is descent enough but how hard is it to answer the darn phone? I don't wanna drive there, place an order and then sit in my car 30 minutes to wait for my food. That's the whole concept of phoning your order in ahead of time. Hire more people or find someone that can multitask with phone orders and cashier work. So frustrating when you gotta call 10 times to get through.

I decided to go there yesterday because I haven’t ate Exsenator’s BBQ in awhile. Now, I remember why I stop going 😡 I ordered hot links..they were old & dry!! Won’t be going there for a long time, again

Purchase large tip/link, seam old like preheated tough not freshly cook paid $25+tax, plus I didnt mine the wait usually BBQ excellent, BAD TODAY

I did not enjoy the meall. Meat was tough and poorly seasoned. Very hard to chew. Will not patronize again.

Never disappointed. Tips always tender. Only problem is not being able to get through on phone to place an order.

The fries taste like they were reheated in a microwave from 2 ago and some of the ribs taste like they were 3 days old and burnt mixed in with some fresh ones. A complete scam this place is.

I enjoyed my Large RibTip order. It was my first visit to Exsenator's BBQ. We'll have to see if they are a hit or miss upon my second visit! Will keep you posted. 😊
