Dunkin'

Worst donuts I’ve ever had, ever. I went inside to pick out half a dozen and I would say they had less than 10 varieties from which to choose. First time ever to have a jelly donut with no jelly inside, anywhere. They were dry as if they were a day old already. The powder was not fresh looking at the very least, matted and dull. Employee did not know the difference between the filled and while I was told lemon filled, the bite determined later it was vanilla. Employee was otherwise friendly. I doubt I will ever buy donuts from a DD again.

I went to dunkin on Roswell in Marietta this morning and the lady that took my order was veeeery rude. Her name was Shelby. It took extra long to get my coffee in which I get everyday; the same way. today it had foam all over it. I had to wipe it down and it taste different. i felt some kind of way even excepting it that way. I drank maybe a 1/4 of it and shortly after i became very nauseated with burning in my chest and I started throwing up. I contacted my Dr. right away. this was unusual for me. Today was my last visit there. I truly hope nothing becomes of it. I was fine before consuming the coffee. smh js

Great coffee. Great staff. Great service. And clean too! Brandy has this store running like a well oiled machine with an extra dose of friendliness and courtesy thrown in for good measure. They even give our dog, what my family has named, a "pupkin'"! Looking for a great cup of coffee to start your day? Or how about someone to welcome you warmly to make you feel appreciated? I ordered three donuts and an iced coffee, I go to the window and there's no coffee. I asked the cashier where's the rest of my order she said I didn't take your order she calls a lady over that's wearing a headset I asked her her name she says Andrea I said Andrea who took my order she said I don't know I say you don't know who took my order she laughed about it and said I don't know. Wow Unbelievable. 4 ppl working in a 20x20 room and no one knows nothing. That's called incompetent!

Worst dunkin I've ever been to. The gentleman who took my first order was great. We sat down, had our coffee and donuts....we wanted another coffee and more donuts so I get up and go to order more. The girl at the register, im not sure what she was doing, DIDN'T even look up or acknowledge me... she called over another coworker to tell her she had a customer waiting....WHAT?! So coworker comes over and asks her why she couldn't do since she's right there... her response "WELL I'm busy" The other nice lady putting donuts away gladly took my order, i could tell she was embarrassed for them. Glad she was around, she did great while the other lazy people went back to doing whatever...
