Staff was very friendly and helpful in correcting a mistake I had made on my order. Boneless wing meal is a great deal for 3-4 people. Order ahead and set realistic expectations for wait times on busy days.

Walked in to pick up my online 3chainz order and was greeted by JB. He was totally professional and had an awesome vibe. The store was immaculate. I left my phone inside, and JB caught me in the parking and gave me my phone. Absolutely above and beyond.

40 piece group pack deal. Was told 20/30 minute wait, I’d suggest you just wait 30/40 minutes instead. The order was correct and fresh. Extra seasoning on the fries, I was missing a ranch and they were more than happy to give me one before I left. 5 star service, don’t complain about the wait, just show up 10/15 minutes later 😎👍.

I love the food here, but my fountain drinks all had a severe chemical taste, as if filled with bleach. I'd like to say chlorine, but you could smell a bitter chemical scent just coming up out of the cup. It made me so sick after leaving.

The food is always great, if you order ahead it's always ready when you get there. If you order for dine in I waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries.

I would have given a 5 star however, I requested that some food be bagged separately. Once the food was handled to me, I confirmed again that the food was bagged separately. The rep just said yes without checking and behold, it was not.

These wings were giant and bussin af. Fries were a delight and their ranch was my second favorite ranch in my life! However all these Doordashing fools made the wait a little long. Overall a sublime experience! In the future we will be Doordash fooling this place.

Update:
The person taking our order was very patient and worked with me to figure out what to get. The TVs have been turned down and the food was out in no time.
It took a while to get our food, even though we were the only first people there. The ta lble and floor were stick and TVs were so loud it was hard to talk.
