Subway

Bathroom is “out of order” (read don’t want to clean it for customers) and there is still no seating when every restaurant in the country has been open for dine in for a year (read don’t want to clean tables). There are tables and chairs piled up against the counter so that you can fall over them trying to see the food and to make sure customers don’t feel welcome. Selling expired chips. Open boxes all over the floor. Yearning for the time when American’s wanted to work, had a work ethic, and when businesses actually wanted customers…let’s open the gates of Mexico to allow real workers in and stop protecting American jobs (aka overpaid underperforming workers).

The store was clean but the service was terrible. I had a sub made and the gentleman making my sub burnt the bread. The supervisor in there this woman told the worker that he can’t make a new one that he should have gave the sub to me the way it was. I was in shock. Not happy with the service. I thought the customer should be taken care of if there is a problem. Not a good place to go

Food was good, the customer service experience was horrible. I went in around 5:30 on Nov 7! After walking in and having to speak to the lady behind the counter saying hey how are you, I didn't get a response, next she proceeded to mix up the sandwiches, when I apologize for any confusion she throws the meat back into the container. Then while getting into my car I had Another CUSTOMER come run out to my car to tell me the lady hadn't bagged all of my sandwiches. I will definitely return to this location ever again
