3rd edit: lost another star.
Yesterday the employee taking orders was clearly high and couldn’t get orders right delaying several customers. Today, lightly toasted meant burn the bagel black. I’m giving up on this understaffed location and so should you.

Understaffed. A drive through location requires 4 people to run. This place tries to get away with only 3 and fails daily. Don’t come between 7:30-8:30 am each day (including weekends) unless you have 22 minutes to wait in the drive through to maybe get what you ordered.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this warranted one we just went through the drive through for some coffees and the guy making my husbands coffee finished changed out the syrups and proceeded to lick his fingers and back of his hand and finish making my husbands coffee 😖🤢

Clean, spacious, different seating arrangements. We came in around 8pm, but there wasn't a large variety to choose from, like 7 or 8 different varieties. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible and spacious. The girl at the counter wasn't that friendly, thus just the ok rating.

Went in for a black cup of coffee this morning. The tall, thin 60 something year old man, wearing a hat and glasses, behind the register asked me initially how I could be so beautiful. I brushed it off. I asked politely for a large black coffee with a couple ice cubes because it would be too hot to drink right away- his immediate response is, "Couldn't be as hot as you." I gave an awkward, "uh..okay?" And left. Never in my life will I be returning there again. I feel for all the female staff and customers that will have to encounter this creep. When I go to purchase a cup of coffee (or anywhere, ever), I shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable. Shame on him.
