Taco Bell

Well let me say the young gentleman who took my order was very good at his job however he asked if we wanted sauce and we stated mild, never received it (didn’t find out until we got home), no napkins or straws..the basic accessories to a meal they forgot. The girl in the back had an attitude because I didn’t want certain items on my food..I AM THE ONE PAYING FOR IT !! I could be allergic what is it to you? Smh they need more competent individuals running that place. Too busy walking around with fake bats around their eyes than to make sure everything running smoothly .

I placed a large group order of all sorts of different things. Checked the bag before leaving the parking lot and found one item missing... but here comes an associate literally running out the door toward my car with the missing item. Can't ask for better service than that! Everything was fresh and delicious, too. Great job!

The last 3 times I have come here, the food has been wrong. I have to waste gas going back up there, only to have the staff argue with me when I calmly tell them my order is incorrect. I never receive the sauce I ask for, napkins, etc... The staff (except 2 people) have major attitudes with customers. Taco Bell needs to clean house and get staff that actually values their customers. There is another Taco Bell in town. Guess I'll have to start going there. I emailed corporate the 2nd time. Never heard back, even though I requested to be contacted. I shouldn't be surprised though. Taco Bell has been going downhill for years.
