Zaxby's

Although sometimes they'll give you skimpy salad portions (that hasn't happened to me in a while), I have my favorite menu items that I always like to get, or used to eat. For instance, mild wings or a wings & things combo, garden salads, or sometimes specialty items (their bourbon chicken sandwich they had for a limited time only yrs ago still makes me drool thinking about it) are usually my go-tos. Every now & then I'll buy the mild sauce by itself to make my own wings at home (bigger portions for less) and it's always delicious. I think most people can and will come across something they like in Zaxby's; don't ever let one bad experience deter you from trying it again. For instance, I really don't like their BBQ sauce and ordered BBQ wings more than once by accident (rather than mild wings), and I never really liked their chicken tenders, but there's always something else to choose from.

Had a Cajun Chicken sandwich meal this is the third time my chicken has been dry n tough. Call made my complaint went back for a remake n asked for everything fresh; now this time the chicken not completely done, sandwich made very sloppy and the manager who saw me was very rude and unapologetic. I’m disgusted with this place..

Great little family friendly chicken eatery. Fast service and decent fried chicken in the form of various configurations of chicken fingers. And that's the strength of this eatery and also it's weakness. If you want real fried chicken on a bone you best go elsewhere, or most anything else you might want to eat that isn't in the form of children fingers. Having said that the lunch I has was very good consisting of 6 high quality white meat chicken fingers with some excellent french fries, a piece of delicious Texas Toast, two packets of special Zaxby's sauce and a huge "medium" drink with re-fills. This would make for a nice $10.00 dinner repast let alone a mid day lunch. So I see great value here in terms of quality and affordability served in an inviting restaurant vib with solid tables and chairs. The eating atmosphere was very good with attention payed to pertinent wall hung memorabilia to draw the attention of a curious mind while enjoying some fine chicken bites. All in all I really am glad I had the Zaxby experience and would do it again should the opportunity present itself.

Great experience! Patricia deserves to be commended ... she visited her guests and made sure everything was ship shape. We felt very appreciated as guests. We ordered the house salad and fried mushrooms and there was plenty of food for both of us. Ingredients were fresh. Presentation was awesome. Service was speedy and friendly. Cudos to Patricia!
