If I could give out no stars I would. What a horrible experience at cousins was the worst customer service I ever had. The employee was rude and I called the owner and spoke to some guy name Mike who told me that basically I wasn’t getting a refund and that I can go F myself. I’m almost sure you don’t treat your customers that way!!! SMH P.s I’m pretty sure cousins doesn’t base their customer service on how he treats people.

Best sub I’ve had in a long time. Service was great too. You could tell they really were busy with big orders and still took the time for accuracy, respect, and promptness. Look forward to coming back!

Ordered takeout, cool thing about the place is that they wait to fry your cheese curds until you get there since it only takes a minute or two. They have a nice coke soda fountain that has the flavors you can add, i really enjoy cola with lemon.

Just stopped in for my first experience of Cousin Subs. They only have subway around me, so I figured I would give them a try. Immediately, when I walked in I was greeted by a kind young lady I believe her name was Kourtney/Courtney, she was nice enough to give me her favorites from Cousins. I ended up getting the Philly and some French fries...gotta be honest Subway doesn't have anything on these guys. Absolutely delicious. 🤤 On top of the great food, the owner, Mike, was even kind of enough to come greet me and ask how my first experience was. Made for an absolutely great overall experience for my first time. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place. 👍
