Arby's

Inside the store, so clean and tidy up. I visited lunch time, not crowded and quiet the store. I like the atmosphere. But unfortunately, when we arrived at the store, no one standing line, but no one coming to the counter. Behind the counter, some staffs were talking. They realized us, but they ignored us. In few minutes later, one of staff was coming to the counter. It wasn't good experience at all. We wanted to use coupon, the manager was so helpful. The food was so delicious. I usually ordered the Reuben sandwiches. I was satisfied with their foods.

Consistently poor customer service. Very slow. Today was the latest in a long line of frustrations. Went there with my family and even though the paper sign on the door said their lobby was now open again, the doors were locked. The door on the drive through side was unlocked, but some employee just said “lobby’s closed, go to the drive through!” And that was that. We ordered at the drive through and it was painfully slow. Plus they were out of juice for my kids. No apology. If I want Arbys in the future I’ll just go to the east side of town instead. Update: tried again tonight (7 pm on a Friday) and they were closed. Drive through lights off, doors locked, one person inside mopping. Frustrating!

Arby's is popular to dump on nowadays, but I point out that the quality of the roast beef is mainly what makes certain locations seem better or worse than others. This location has no meaty problems: the beef in the sandwiches here is quite good. (Be sure to request Horsey Sauce, else you won't get it.)
