Very poor service. They can’t be bothered to ask your name, no eye contact, no smile. Customer care very poor would recommend all these staff members have training on customer service skills.

I have never had a cheese toasty thats only toasted on 1 side plain soggy bread on the underneath revolting. Messed up coffee order was 20 minutes before they got it right . Never going again.
