Biggest waste of time the staff where literally eating talking playing on there phone at 12 I mean right at lunch I ask if anyone work there they said yea and went right back to bullshiting ya'll should fire the whole staff and your managers I just walked out went right across the street there's a reason that kfc has no body going to it

I ordered through Doordash. When my food was delivered I broke the chicken apart (which is something I always do thankfully) only to discover that it wasn't completely cooked through. I call the restaurant several times and the phone just rung and rung no one ever answered. Needless to say I will never order food from KFC in Magnolia, Arkansas again.

We came by this unit and ordered the 10 pc fill-up and was informed that they were changing the shortening and it would be 30 minutes so we left and returned and was informed that it would be 30 more minutes because they had sold 2 16pc and 10 pc. I than ask if there was only one stove operating and was told yes. I am a former food service manager and this is not in compliance with your operating procedure. If you are out of chicken you're out of business. I thank you in advance for your time and effort to address this issue.

I was told there would be a 20 min. wait time on dark meat. I said ok I will wait. The young lady went ahead and fixed my drinks anyway with a 20 min. Wait time.I asked her could she take those back and I get some fresh ones when my order gets ready. She told me she couldn't take those back because they had been handed out. I waited 25 mins in my car on my order. No one came in that time. So I went in side. I was told it would be another 13 mins. Because the young man didn't drop the chicken when he was supposed to. I asked her for a refund. She got an attitude as though she didn't want to refund my money back. She stated again about the time. I told her I really didn't care about the time and just give me my refund. She said well you will have to bring those drinks back in. Where earlier she Said they couldn't accept them back. She LIED. I gave her the drinks back. And I hope they refunded my money back on my card. So far I haven't seen the refund. But I will contacting management if my money is not refunded.
