Whataburger

During breakfast hours, specifically 9-11, DO NOT BOTHER. The last couple weeks I've gone there on Saturday or Sunday, and spent more than 45 minutes in my car trying to get through the line. There wasn't an abundance of people per se, maybe 6-8 cars in line, but the service on the inside drags their feet, and has no sense of how long people are waiting in their cars. No apology at the window for the wait, just poor service. They have 2 lanes, and rarely ever use the outside lane. It's pathetic. I will never go to this location ever again. I don't normally write bad reviews, but I have had ABSOLUTELY ENOUGH. And Whataburger, if you can't find employees, it's straight up because you refuse to pay your staff enough. GET IT TOGETHER. And now after getting home, I've realized they didn't even get my order right. I hate this place with a passion. I will advise everyone I know to avoid this establishment AT ALL COSTS!

ANOTHER Whataburger that doesn't understand the online app. I watched people walk in and order and get their food, after I had ordered mine 10 minutes before on the app. Whataburger doesn't get it. They shove those orders in the back and wait on everyone else, when their most loyal customers should be first priority!

This location is VERY understaffed, especially late at night. Easily 30min wait at times. Barring some sort of extreme worker shortage, management needs to stop penny pinching and PUT MORE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER! Anyway, the food (when it eventually arrives) is good. Staff is nice. But as stated, the higher ups have got to get their stuff together.

Its a whataburger. Looks like a whataburger smells like a whataburger tastes like a whataburger and it feels like a whataburger. Its a good whataburger. Is it the best whataburger? Hmmm idk, there are to many whataburgers to know. But this whataburger got the best people worken there. You could tell these people love whataburger. It is one fun whataburger. 🧡🤍 god bless this whataburger
