I did pick up mobile order, came there food was ready. It was fresh and crispy.
Their meal actually was pretty decent and very positive product value!
I ate all those crispy chicken skin 🍗😁 even before I could take picture of the food I ordered.

If you like "sweet heat", this KFC serves up fresh, hot crispy and juicy wings covered in a delicious sauce! Worth the 12 - 15 minutes wait to have them prepared fresh! I decided to add their light warm homemade biscuits too! Absolutely perfect! Even the staff was wonderful... This restaurant's score is 100!

You have to ask for your crispy chicken sandwiches fresh or they will give pre-made in the warmer. SIGN SAYS FRIED TO ORDER check your order before you go.

The wait for food is unbearable no matter how good it may taste. If my son didn't want this food i definitely wouldn't come. Will avoid ever coming back. Disappointed in this location.

I hit the drive thru at 11:57am for lunch. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was definitely cooked hours before. The filet was dried up and hard from extended time in the holding cabinet. My secret recipe fries were even worse. Same story cooked hours before serving to me. Change the oil in the fryers more often and the fries will have a better appearance and correct golden hue.

It wasn't a good experience at all , the line in drive thru was wrapped around the building and it wasn't moving at all, so I went inside to place an order and it didn't get any better. The cook was moving in slow motion battering the chicken that needed to be already cooking cause there was only a few pieces of chicken under the warmer. One of the employees locked the door so no one else could come in . There was 5 of us to be waited on , I was the 4th person in line the cashier acted like she had no clue of what to do and every one in line except for me had call in orders . I tried to stay to get something to eat but I needed to get to work. I waited inside for 20 minutes before I decided to leave cause no one was getting anything to eat or place an order any time soon. I will not be going back to that KFC on the north side of Macon Georgia any more it was just no excuse for them to be so unorganized like that because they are a fast food restaurant.

This location is almost always very slow, and gets simple orders wrong often. It also isn't unusual to be served terrible food. Sometimes cold and/or old, or things like not changing the oil in the frier. The sweet tea here will straight up give you diabetes every time lol
