Applebee's

12/16/2021, Applebee's, Macon My first visit to this location. We were immediately seated and our waitress placed our drink order. We decided to just have the 1/2 price appetizers. My friend and I both placed an order for two styles of boneless wings of the same style. We did order different dipping sauces. We also ordered a appetizer of onion rings. About 10 minutes later the waitress brought my order, but not my friends. My order came out correct except the Buffalo wings. It was the mild sauce and not the extra spicy. It took another 5 minutes for my friends order to come out. One of his boneless wings they mixed up the sauce for what style of wings he wanted. We decided not to bother with mentioning anything because we had to get going. The waitress was extremely nice. She brought us drink refill without asking. The wings were perfectly cooked. While the type of wings ordered were incorrect, we still both enjoyed the flavor we hadn't tried. Sadly this type of mix up seems to happen more often thwn not when I visit Applebee's. Change your training, ordering system or something Applebee's because it needs fixed.

Waitress was unengaged and unfriendly. Half the happy hour drink specials were out of stock. Pretzel and cheese appetizer out of stock. Fried chicken was out of stock. Hamburger and grilled chicken was over cooked. Tried to sell us margarita mix as a “perfect margarita”. Waitress never came to check on us. When we finally got her attention to bring the bill, she came with a mouthful of food that she was chomping in. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

This was the worst service ever. We waited here for at least an hour for a uber eats order and was never greeted hello or have anyone helped you out or anything. The manager never came to apologize or anything. Not to mention when we walked in the workers was arguing very loud in the back and to be honest this not how an establishment shouldn’t be ran. This will definitely be my last time picking up an order from this restaurant. I didn’t even want to give it a one star but I had to in order to hit the post button.
