Pho Saigon was created by a woman from Vietnam who knows how to craft authentic Vietnamese dishes. The food is spectacular and she offers plenty of choices for entrees, drinks, and appetizers. I personally selected the Pho Tom and was not disappointed. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff is friendly and ready to answer questions about the dishes. In addition, the prices are reasonable. I will certainly visit Pho Saigon again.

This place is amazing! Their spring rolls are the best I've ever had and I am a spring roll junkie... the pho is very good here. I am so pleased that I have found a great pho spot on my route as I am a truck driver and I am always looking for good spot to stop and grab a quick bite (or bowl😂)... plenty of space for a full size rig. Their food is very flavourful and service is great and fast! 10 stars!

When we walked into the restaurant, it looked very authentic, with the sculptures, paintings & setting. Their style was so authentic, antique, & unique, that my son said that this was going to end our search for the best authentic Asian food, on this side of Macon..... Well.... Unfortunately... we were wrong. There was a weird stinch/odor inside & the food was less than average. Do to the smell, I started my order off with the ex small shrimp Pho, my son got a large. The broth had the blandest flavor/taste, that we've ever tasted & the shrimp was still very raw in the middle. It almost tasted scorched & old. We tried our best to get it to taste right but were unsuccessful. What seemed to be fresh bean sprouts, jalapenos, etc., were so old that the jalapenos had no fire! It was not hot. How in the world does that happen? Never knew it could. 🤷🏽‍♀️ We also ordered the Vietnamese wings & chicken rice, thinking the same as before. The wings were not Vietnamese style! They were lightly floured with white flour, but with a little flavor. The rice tasted scorched and old. The rice had such a smell to it that it turned my attention away from the wings & Pho! We couldn't believe how strong the smell was, we really thought that it was something else, smelling like that! It smelled like whatever they cooked it on was dirty, with old burnt food spots. (Pictures below) We took the food "to go", so that I could take it back & soup it up. Sooo disappointed. Not to mention that the dirty table, with leftover food, that was there when we walked in, was sadly still there when we left out 🤦🏽‍♀️😷 I can't deal with these restaurants during a pandemic nor ever!

One of the best restaurants in Macon. Everything on the menu looks tempting and everything I've tried has been spectacular. For a great low cost lunch to share, get the extra-large Pho.

The highlight was actually the wings. Got pork spring rolls and pork bahn mi. The meat itself was on the chewy chunky side. Kinda ruined both. The chicken phô broth was somewhat bland, adding some hot sauce and fish sauce helped. Wasn't bad but at best a 6/10 experience. Hopefully just an off night. If this is first Vietnamese food experience please don't judge them all by this

Pho Saigon was ok it wasn't anything special. I tried one of the rice bowls with vegetables and pork. The bowl came out sizzling and looked appealing but there was more cabbage than anything else. I had to make sure the rice and pork was in there.. Also the tea tasted just like water so only 3 stars..

Unfortunately this place taste way different than when it opened. The biggest problem is the ingredients don't taste fresh anymore. I don't know if they got a new cook or what but a lot of the greens are not even prepared right anymore way to many hard to chew stems left on or something. I can make the pho taste good if I add in a fair bit of the sauces but all i used to add was the chili flakes. If the Pho is subpar in a Pho restaurant that's not a good sign.

I am guessing people that leave a high level of stars has never been to Vietnam! 2 times i have ordered this food. Never again! I am not Vietnamese but my wife of 10 years is and I can cook better and more truly real Vietnamese food then this! Total bill near $25.00 for food in Vietnam would cost $5.00 or less and be 1000 times better!! Same base stock and a real Vietnam born person would never use a ginger based stock loaded with MSG for pork! As my wife speaks ginger and pork can cause liver disease! Or at least as a true born Vietnam Vietnamese woman speaks! I cooked pork with Ginger once she threw it away!
