90% of their employee’s are extremely rude. They act like you are more of an inconvenience than anything, even over the simplest of things. Their food is good, however their employees, management, and customer service “skills” make it 100% not worth going.

They recently rebuilt this place and I love it! Their new shiny displays also look great. As for Nacho Fries back, I don't particularly care, but my favorites are still there.

I am never one to complain and I know customer service is hard but we got cursed at for asking for our receipt back. Overall just feel like such an inconvenience anytime I come here :( the terrible customer service makes the food not worth it and I’m just trying to get some tacos.

I ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos. I was only able to take a bite from 1 because of an overwhelming smell and taste of chemicals. They both only had 2 little potatoes 🤣😕🤬 I mean I'm not sure who trained them but I'm pretty sure no one ever said to put on 2potatoes. If they were out I would have gladly and patiently waited the whole 2 1/2 min it takes to drop more.

Normal Taco Bell Drive Thru. Pleasant staff and short wait time. Typical Taco Bell food. Not good but not bad.

DESSI the manager is amazing! So sweet and helpful, she always has a smile on her face. Love the drive through crew as well. Even when they are busy they provide excellent service

Very rude employees and owner!!! They tell customers to wear a face mask or no food then the employees don't wear one or don't wear it properly. The OWNER does not care and is just as rude!! Cussing at customers hanging up on them. Definitely never going to this location every again.

Employees are rude as hell. The transg3nder man/woman at the window is the rudest of them all! Will charge you to fix an order they messed up, slams them window on you, and greets you with disrespect. If this was in any other major city im sure they would have to deal with customer choosing violence 😭😭
