Subway

I frequently go to the Subway at 21713 21 Mile Rd Macomb, MI. The kids behind the counter have always been miserable, but I continue to go there because my kids love the food. Today may have been our last visit. The boy behind the counter truly hated his job and showed it. Our bill was $23 something and I gave him $9 hoping to see him smile. I believe he pocketed it. My kids grabbed the bags and we noticed we had 5 extra sandwiches and cookies. As a courtesy I called and said I think you gave us someone else’s order. The same kid said, yeah bring it back. So I did while our food sat now cold and when I went back inside they grabbed the food and walked away. I said you know at least a thank you would be appreciatred. The boy smiled sarcasticly and said I am sorry what did you say? Nice job hiring, Subway! Iam sorry I can’t post with no stars.

This is the absolutely the worst subway I have ever been too. Trust the 1, 2 star reviews. The franchise owner does nothing about it. Just send out apology emails. Subway should shut this location down! Was extremely sick after eating here. They dont practice safe food handling at all. If they even make your order. Watch them handle money then touch food. Disgusting location to say the least.

I often go to the Subway on 21 mile road and Garfield...it's clean and the people there are always super friendly, thats my favorite thing about the place...order some good subs, have a pleasant chat, and head home...stop in when you have a chance! It's also conveniently located by a dollar general, a smoke shop, and a hardware store, with 7-11 across the street, so you can get some errands done and pick up a healthy meal to take home with you.
