Whataburger

Dad had the #3 he loved it, grandma had #12 she usually eats half, she ate the whole thing! Husband had the jalapeño and cheese he enjoyed it. Son had the 4 piece Chicken pieces, this kid doesn’t usually eat any type of chicken but he ate 3 pieces. Fries are perfect!! I had the cranberry apple Chicken salad or was delightful! Milk shakes are too thick though. And they could clean up a bit overall kitchen staff is amazing and customer service was great!

This place always makes food wrong or missing something today was my drinks had to tell them how to read a receipt then my gravy’s were missing had to tell them that too. Tea was old and had a bad taste. Then get home and missing my Buffalo and ranch not in the bag. Paid 75 dollars for dinner and it was not worth 10 bucks. Girl in the drive through kept rolling her eyes like it’s my fault they can read the order right.

Went through the drive thru this morning. We were going to order 2 -#2’s on jalapeño bisquits. The man rudely and very quickly said we don’t have jalapeño biscuits. I said ok. May we get 2-#2’s on regular bisquits? He said yah. What do you want to drink? I looked at my son. He said Dr Pepper. I was going to leave at that point per the man was being rude with serious attitude. My son said mom its ok. So we continued. Get to the window. The man opened the window and I gave him my card. He snatched it out of my hand and closed the window. Walked off. Started MOPPING. He continued to mop. We waited and waited for near 15 minutes. He went to get our order and WITHOUT washing his hands brought the order to the window. Gave me my debit card…FINALLY. Gave us our food. And stood there and said have a good day. I started to say “our drinks?” He cut me off again… and said yah I know your drinks. Window slammed shut again. Again without washing his hands made our drinks with mop hands. Manager was in the kitchen looking at receipts on and off the whole time and never said a word. Being in a hurry. We left and threw the food in the trash. Horrible customer service. For a restaurant, horrible sanitary conditions mopping and not washing hands while handling food and drinks.

The staff here are nice people. I can tell by the listless expressions and tired looks on the faces of the people in the back that they are probably dealing with dingbat customers all day but they stay strong and are always polite and cheerful and professional! I hope their manager pays them very well for their hard work! The food is good and they always offer me ketchup even if I don't have fries.

Some of the employees are actually nice and patient with their costumers. The main reason why I give 3 stars is because every time I go there wether is through drive through or dine in, they can never make my order right. Take in mind i ask for them to repeat my order before placing it so maybe it's just the cooks I don't know
