STOP! I'm no longer going to this location! Employees are rude & consistently mess up my order & then they argue & try to tell me my order is correct! Everything from lying about adding mocha or turbo shots, to not making simple bacon avocado toast right & then arguing again that I ordered incorrectly. I've gone to this spot for 6+yrs & now I will go out of my way to give my business elsewhere.

I went in today for my drinks to be remade for there was a mix up but the workers there were more than happy to help me out!!! I was so happy to leave with coffees that I would actually enjoy and they were much better! I definitely had to leave a review and gave them cash tip for their help. Will continue to come again!

The slowest service i have seen. Wrong orders. I would rather drive Brookfield location on Maple. Sufficient and quick. They should close Lyons location. Worthless.

Bad customer service, they take for ever to take your order and the coffee is terrible they either don't add enough sugar or sometimes like today they add extra sugar, my coffee lately have been terrible but I keep giving them chance.
It's so annoying to get your coffee and its extra sweet. They need to improve customer service and get better on making the coffee . Staff is so slow

The worst of the chain! Ask for winter blend or midnight blend and they tell me they don't have it. This is after I paid. The reason I find out is they don't sell a lot of either and don't want to make it. Reminders on my app from Dunkin ask me to try both. Lazy, incompetent, and ever mistake ridden staff. Pass on this place and go further down Ogden to Dunkin at 7020 where service is better and they just brewed me a winter blend. No mistakes or hassle.

I literally just went thru the drive thru right now and asked for a HOT Carmel macciato with extra carmel and extra shot. Not only did the girl hand me a iced coffee it was not even right. I specifically asked for a hot coffee since it's 29 degrees. On my breakfast sourdough sandwich I asked for extra bacon. And the sandwich was it cold it didn't even have bacon on it. Literally the worse dunkin I haveĀ ever seen.
AVOID THIS PLACE..
If this was my business I would be very upset since you are definitely losing customers to the McDonald's down the block.

I have been here multiple times, and it was terrible. Nobody gets orders right, it is never fast, and everything is misleading. I ordered 2 glazed donuts to find out right when I got them they were out of stock. I do not recommend going here, just try going somewhere else.

I don't know if there had been new management recently, but the customer service has diminished at this location. Drive-thru order take too long. The person taking orders only takes one car order at a time, therefore, there is a long line out the streets, which blocks oncoming cars. It's disorganized and some of the staff do not understand your order. I have never seen it this way in all the years I have been going to this location. They used to have staff that knew what they were doing, fast, and always friendly. They have donuts not covered in the back and it looks messy. Someone needs to audit and review this place.
