Did you know they have these key holder tags food for a free frosty all yr 2024 in any state..plus food was 🔥. Fresh and friendly customer service not typical for this area

Ordered on the mobile app. Counterperson made sure as soon as they walked in to make a point of getting my food quickly to me. Definitely not the service I am accustomed to in Rochester. Food was hot and good presentation. Plenty of parking easy in and out.

The service here is much better than in many places. The staff have a smile on their faces. The service is quick and efficient. You could hear the staff in constant communication about the orders which I think contributes to their effectiveness compared to some other locations.
Meal was as expected from a great food restaurant. Order was on point.

A ridiculous wait time for "fast food" and not just at peak times. Staff were nice and apologetic which was appreciated, but waiting 20 minutes in a drive through for 5 Frosty's is a bit much. The wait time inside was way worse than the drive through which is why we drove through. They priotize the drive though customers (if you call waiting upwards of half hour for fast food prioritizing)
