The third shift or night shift is extra rude or racist. I came in side to buy a Red Bull no one was at the register. There was a guy behind the counter. I asked if anyone could help me and he straight ignored me. I asked a few times and he kept ignoring me. I see a woman come out what looked like the back and asked if anyone was available to ring up my order. I told her that I asked the guy and I was ignored. She pretty much Ed ignored me as well and said they were busy stocking and I said ok but I am a customer and you can’t just not acknowledge me. She said maybe I should talk louder but I know they heard me. She then walk off and I asked for a manager and she continued to walk off leaving me at the register

The other day and again today you have merchandise over a special price sale sign. The issue is your employees keep putting the wrong item at in the special price area. The wrong sign twice in one week shame. As a supervisor at a store the rule is whatever merchandise is at the sign you have to give the customer the merchandise @ that price. Both your employee refuse to honor the sign and the mistake. It's not the customer job to figure out your specials and the correct price. Please run your store better or hire smart people. 😱😱😱 sad.

The lady who was working at this store tonight around 2 am and would not accept our service. Very rude and annoying. One she was asking for id's non stop and would not shut up about it, even though the person without an id walked out of the store she refused to let us pay for our items. Two was very aggressive when we were taking things off the display that was very obviously not labeled as a display. I don't recommend going to this store on saturdays before closing time the night shift workers might be very rude and angry. DESCRIPTION: pale skin, blackish reddish hair, bangs

This may be the worst establishment I have ever walked into. Customers and even some staff weren't wearing masks. I waited at least 10 min in line waiting for the confused cashier and his apathetic coworker to figure out how to microwave a pizza. One of the pumps is just straight up missing a hose and the others are so inconvenient to get to. If I ran out of gas, I would first push my car to the next gas station to avoid dealing with this god awful mess

Very rude staff especially the new woman he hired with the huge wart on her face, forcing people to take a ID out of their see through wallet compartment (can clearly see everything) to buy tobacco or alcohol is not necessary, I've done plenty of cashier jobs as well as have had plenty of stores ask to see my ID which I had ready before the lazy witch pushed it to take it out because she was to lazy to type in the DOB causing more ripping to my cell phone/wallet case! Trust me signing your paycheck as you rudely put it I surely would not your grungy rude behind would definitely not be working in a establishment I owned trailer trash. That sure is the farthest thing from a SMILING FACE I've ever seen, only thing smiling about her is her bleeding wart 😒 nasty woman.

I'm rating this 7-Eleven location in the Lutz, Florida area on North Dale Mabry Highway four out of five stars or an above average rating. This store and gas station combination was clean but is in need of some renovation due to general wear. I'm giving them four stars however based on better than expected customer service from the store clerks during my visit.

i forgot my phone there and a worker with a grey ponytail lied about not having it first time i went back to check real defensive no phone kinda mean (red flag número uno) second time i went back to check i was w my friend and his mom worker said he didn’t see a phone suddenly found phone then right after that he said he was fixing to call the number i left him after previously saying he didn’t see any phone so uh yea don’t leave your phone at 7/11 at night past 10 🥰
