I want to be fair and as objective as possible. I order pork chow mein. There was no seasoning and the food looked…. Really grey. It tasted the same it looked. I could really see any noodles. This has to be on a short list, worst food I’ve ever received. Oddly enough there are a couple of other Chinese places on that list. This cost like $25 bucks and it was awful. I’d of rated it lower, If I could. 1/10 will never do again.

The worst! I ordered sesame chicken. I payed an extra dollar for white meat. It was fried dough with nasty sauce. When I told her, she showed me a piece before it gets cooked. There was a paper thin piece of chicken. You kiddin me?? She asked what I wanted instead. I ordered chicken and sauce with no breading. What was brought out was a fatty mess of meat. It was not chicken! Super scary. I’ll never stray from Lim Fongs again!

I'm actually really disappointed. This use to be My favorite spot. Customer service was bad the moment the Associate answered the phone. It was as if we were a bother placing an order. We were given one price over the phone but was charged more at pick up. When mentioned, all we got was a shoulder shrug and a "are you taking it or no". Got home and couldn't tell between the General Tso & Honey Chicken. Both looked and tasted EXACTLY the same. The chicken was more breading than chicken. Not sure if owners or staff has changed but I won't be making the trip there anymore.

Big order, everybody was good until one found this nasty piece of hair in her beef and broccoli. Talk about turn off. Heelok I'm disappointed. Update 8/7/21 Decided to give them another try and yet there was ANOTHER HAIR this time in the shrimp fried rice!! Officially done. Start wearing hair nets or something.

First time order and the last time! Ok first I placed 2 orders and got 1 container of rice for me and my coworkers to divi up when I called about it I was rudely told by a women on the phone that I should have requested 2 containers because their restaurant combines it, really in these times of Covid people are not wanting to share or eat food from anyone! Now for the food, it was very disappointing, and as a world traveler this was the worst, not authentic at all. All I tasted was sweet gooey mess…Black pepper chicken was horrible, tasted like burnt fried breading, no chicken, no pepper no flavor swimming in a who know what sauce. I couldn’t even eat it. The whole meal was 🤮 Bad customer service!! Won't be back!

I really love this place . It's the one place the whole family can agree on . Most of my adult daughters are vegetarian and this is the only place that gets their tofu right. I found they have the best boneless ribs. Keep up the great work.
