This store has seen better days and better employees, so dissatisfied with the staff. Not one of these workers can put their personal feelings aside. The leadership at night is a joke, this guy can't even prepare fora busy night. The amount of excuses it took in order for this guy to not admit he wasn't ready for a busy night. I'm over this location and I think things were better when Barbara was the Manager.

Food was fresh and though there were technical problems our service was excellent and the staff was apologetic for the technical problems but used other means to fulfill our order and get it to us in a timely manner. This is unusual in fast food usually these difficulties arise and everyone becomes rude and runs around like a chicken with its head cut off. I am plugged these employees

We ordered through uber eats, and they were great. KFC refused to make arrangements to bring me the rest of my order that they forgot to put in the bag for the delivery driver. I asked for the managers name and she refused to give it to me. She even copped an attitude with me and hung up on me. I guess I'll be going to Church's from now on. I advise you do the same if you don't want to be left hungry.

We ordered a 10 piece special received 6 wings 1 Thai 2 legs it was s*****. I called back to ask to speak to the manager he was rude. I told him that chicken was old he he told me to go back and prove it. Instead of trying to make our visit there more pleasant he was rude. I do not recommend the KFC on west19th street in Lubbock.

This store is the WORST of all. I don't know if it's a management issue or employee issue. How is it that they never have food in the evenings...it's always the same response...it'll be about 40 minutes for chicken we have none. Maybe I'm wrong but it's a CHICKEN restaurant. Someone should be smart enough to know...maybe I should have chicken to sell chicken in a chicken establishment. I honestly don't feel like "the job" is so hard that no one has the mind to ensure chicken is available. What a waste. Perhaps the owners should focus on quality and not quantity of the people they hire.

I hadn't eaten KFC in over a year, but I got a jones for it recently. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mashed potatoes and cole slaw with a drink at the drive-thru. They forgot to give me cole slaw. I checked the receipt and it was on the order, but I didn't notice until I got home. The chicken was mostly okay, except for the first l fourth piece. It was cold by the time I ate it and the skin was like plastic. I legit wondered if they had wrapped it in plastic before roasting it. I threw that piece away and considered it a lesson learned. Oh, and the heavy was nothing like I had remembered. The sides at KFC were always pretty good. Not sure what happened, or if it's just Lubbock in general, but I doubt I go back anytime soon.

Had a five-star review not even 2 months ago but man the quality, the service, and everything else has went so downhill I will not spend another dime at this place. not only were the employees completely rude, for absolutely no reason,-didn't even speak to them before getting rude disgusting comments. I was pulled forward waiting for fries and 30 minutes later still nothing was brought out. I should have known when there were several angry customers all around even somebody in front of me who had to pull around and go inside and get their food themselves. when asked for a refund because it had been 45 minutes since ordering I was told that they're not allowed to give refunds. Reluctantly I allow him to make it, with not only my driver side window open but the drive-thru window open I was able to hear everything he said in the kitchen. . I'll save you the grotesque details but I'll tell you if there's a camera in that store somebody needs to be watching what's going on... Never did receive what I ordered. I have never been spoken to or about in such a nasty, pond scum, way. There's no way this guy should be the manager. No decorum. When trying to report this incident even the corporate number hung up on me. This is not how business is done and with KFC already grasping at strings I would not be surprised if they were a thing of the past within the next couple years. Get it together people. The lady at the window was great and friendly. She's the main reason I keep going back... Even with being out of items or a line around the store, I'll wait.. she really makes your day that much better. The vegan chick'n had a very strange smell to it and lingers for a long time.
