We had two value duets 1. Creamy tomato soup with Greek salad 2. 10 vegetable soup with tuna sandwich. Botha were great. We also like their bagels and bear claw.

Waited while staff talked amongst themselves and ignored people waiting in line. Ordered the world's most ridiculous tiny chicken sandwich. Dry... Yes that's a straw, a regular small straw. That's a $12 sandwich. All lonely... Waiting to fool your subconscious and swindle your wallet... Epic failure.

This is the Grilled Mac and cheese sandwich we received. The picture used to advertise had an inch high layer of Mac and cheese and we got this sad scoop on each bread. Person who took our order was also rude….I have had better service at other locations.

The food is fine for a salad or sandwich, pretty much like a regular Panera. This location just has issues with staff, I think. It tends to be a really long wait, even when there isn't much else going on, and a good chance something is missing or wrong in your order. Definitely check your bag if you're ordering takeout.

By far the worst Panera bread I have been to. Dirty, horribly taken care of. Bathrooms are filthy. It seems like the bare minimum is being done just to keep it open. Not to mention the workers attire is utterly horrible. If I was the owner I would be ashamed to say this is part of my chain. I feel very sorry for the general manager.

My wife and I decided to come here on a Saturday morning this past week for some breakfast. We arrived about 9-10am and we walked in and there was no employees in sight. After standing at the counter for a few moments it was clear nobody was working the front counter. Reluctantly we used the self-serve kiosk where we ordered our breakfast. One muffin and 3 pastries were $15 so in my opinion, its overpriced. We found. table and sat down and the booth portion I was sitting on had crumbs and food debris between the cushion, it was pretty nasty. Our name was called and we picked up our order at the window. None of the pastries were warm and when asked to warm up the cinnamon roll, the worker said, "you can" and directed us to a microwave in the lobby. We sat down, ate, the food wasn't great, and we left. Won't be coming back. NOTE: In the last year since covid, Ive been to this location 2-3 times and it seems like a common place that this Panera bread does not staff the front of house with someone to take your order. You are forced to use the kiosk. The excuse may be "covid" but to me it comes off like laziness and a way to save money, especially since the workers in the kitchen dont wear masks or anything.

Our visit to this Panera location was very pleasant. We ordered our food through the self service kiosk and received our food a few minutes later for take-out. The food was very good and hot and the staff were very friendly and professional.

I was there today and ordered 3 meals. The avocado sandwich was missing the avocado and one of the sandwich never made it into my order. I called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and argued she had made it her self and I need a receipt to verify I was missing a sandwich, when I wasn't given one with my order. I expect alot more from Panera, quality of food and customer service.
