Applebee's

I brought my daughters here today to eat lunch. A sign up that lets customers know they are under staffed…so we went in knowing it would be slow. Well worth the wait. The lady and gentlemen working were very great! Great service even though they were very busy. The food was amazing! I got the chili lime chicken….so hot and fresh! Everything was great! I didn’t know what to expect with them being understaffed and I knew we we were taking our chances. It was really good and I’m glad we decided to take the chance! I don’t know the names of the TWO staff but we went in at lunch on Monday June 20th.

I was going to enjoy a nice dinner with my family. We I enter the restaurant there was no one to greet me, so I went ahead and took a seat and started to wait. There was a couple with there kid that had been waiting 10 minutes without anyone greeting them. After waiting 10 minutes without any service went ahead and called the restaurant to talk to a manager and when the manager came on the phone he was really rude.( He let me that he could see us waiting and that we would just have to wait because he was busy. So after the rest of my party showed we were willing to wait but after hearing how I was treated we left and went to the outback nexted door.

I pretty sure they will be forced to close soon due to no staffing. Me and my son went to eat Sunday about 5pm. There was 3 partys there at the bar. Was told they only had the bartender there and he would have to ask him if he could serve us. Already then I knew service was not going to be good. We did offer to sit at the bar so it would be more convenient for the bartender but was told he would still have to ask first. We left and came to chili's

I ordered some food that should've took 15-25 minutes to make and so did the other person with me, there were 4 other customers in the restaurant. We were the first to order and we should've been the first to receive our food, but no the people across the restaurant got it first and it seemed like they got the same thing as the person I was with. An hour later we got tired of waiting left a tip and left.

Wasn't terrible but far from the best. Got check on maybe twice in the span of an hour. Once for our drinks and order and once after the drinks got there. Food was ok. Had to wait awhile for a ticket to the point I was going to throw the money on the table and just leave. I'll give it another chance somewhere down the road but until then I'll just go somewhere else.

I came to Applebee's to order takeout and have a beer...worse experience ever. After bartender asked for us to wait just a second to take the order. He became engulfed in making three drinks from service well, got into discussion with manager and rang up another order. He then proceeded to forget my nephew and I for another five minutes. Asked us for our order which was rack of baby back ribs and chicken pasta with two beer from draft. My bartender made one draft beer and half of another one...gave us one beer then proceeded to take care of one table and three people at the bar before remembering my beer that set infront of me across the bar top Manager and bartender walked by beer tap and ignored me and beer for 15 minutes. I will never come to this place again. Wish they had negative stars for this place.
