Mcdonald's

Waited 15 minutes for food, which whatever it's dinner time, however it's 20 degrees out and the staff member was going to different cars to try to deliver it (they made everyone park and wait) so the food got colder, again it is what it is, and I wouldn't even write this review except the fries I got. This was supposed to be a large fry, and they only filled it as shown in the photo, and no I did not eat any before I took the box out the bad, saw it, and took the photo to put on social media. At least the staff is friendly which is why I went 3 stars and not 2.

Went to the McDonald’s in Lowell Indiana on Saturday June 18th at 1:25PM. When I approached the drive through speaker to order, wanted to order breakfast burritos. From my understanding are served all day. I was told I could not order them. Was told none were rolled. I said I would for them, when I was told that I could not do that. Great job to the proprietor and management team there. Way to offer amazing service. Never liked eating McDonald’s anyway, but my family does.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to. Ever since they reopened after the remodel, nothing but problems. Wrong orders. Missing food. Extremely long wait times. Today was my final straw. I placed an app order for breakfast and got to the DT speaker to check in. The line didn't move for 15 minutes. People started driving off. Eventually I had to drive off. Since I already checked in, they took my money. So they get the money and I had no way to cancel it. I got nothing in return. Called corporate who said they would forward it to this franchise to refund my money. Did I get it? No. Did I get a call? No. Unbelievable. Go to Burger King a few buildings down. Their staff is competent, friendly, and don't mess up your orders.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they assume I wanted a large meal and a coke (which I didn’t), they also were just so unprofessional. I could hear people yelling while I was ordering, and it seemed that the manager (?) was distracting a newer employee. The newer worker was trying to be kind (and seemed to know how to do the job better than the manager), but it seemed everything she did was criticized by the manager. I will be traveling to a new McDonald’s for next time! This place is trying to steal money and do not seem to care about their employees. Don’t go here!

Service was slow all I wanted was a sweet tea and OMG the tea was so sweet it was like sugar water. And that was the second time I went there just for a sweet tea. Both times the tea had to be thrown away due to the amount of sugar. And I love sweet tea but that was beyond sweet it was sugar with a splash of tea. As for the food, I have no idea but usually you get told to hang on a sec while the person taking the orders goes and does something... WHAT ? I HAVE NO IDEA. I can't say anything about the food but as for the tea don't go there for one. You'll be either sick or bouncing off the walls.
