We ordered from this location three times while in the area: The first time I was very unhappy with the girl who took our order, but the other two times the guys who answered were nice. The first time was just before closing and I think the girl was not happy about that, but she shouldn't have been so nasty. I'm still giving five stars because the food was always accurate, tasty, and hot🔥

Price has become outrageous for how bad the quality is.
I ordered a pizza with just cheese and there was hardly any cheese on it.
Asked for extra sauce and there was hardly any sauce.
Just go to the grocery store and buy a frozen one, about the same quality and much much cheaper

We were traveling through and arrived at about 9:30 on Sunday evening and couldn't tell if the place was open or closed. Went up to door and went in to a dark cold dining room. Granted it was late but the posted hours were to 11:00 PM. Staff sat us and took our order. We got cheese sticks, boneless chicken, pepperoni pizza and drinks from the $5 Line Up menu. Probably the best food I've ever eaten a Pizza Hut! Crust was not too greasy, chicken was not too saucy and the service was top notch and friendly! Can't figure out why no lights and meat locker cold? I'm not a big fan of pizza but this was a good meal.

The pizza was cold when we got it. The cheese was like it had been sitting out a while. We have been customers for a long time but I believe the quality has been dropping. There is a couple other pizza places in our area. Time to give them a try.

The Pizza Hut in Lowell Indiana was very clean. The employees were polite and attentive. We ordered food once that week. They told us it would take an hour and a half it was at our house in 45 minutes. Later that week we went there to eat and like I said it was very clean. Everybody had masks on and before Sodas got low they had a new one sitting at the table. I really don’t have anything bad to say about it.

Ordered a big box with pizza, break sticks, and pasta. Once we got our delivery, they put wings instead of pasta. Called in and let them know. They then delivered the right food. Hard to see why is was missed because my order details said pasta not wings.

We had a party of 16 going in after a high School program.we ordered ahead as a carry out but i call the restaurant and told them we were going to dine in.We actually came in a hour earlier then i expected. All the employees were great!!!! Our server Lori was amazing and made the evening enjoyable and we didnt have to ask her for anything ,she was on top of all our needs!!!
